Super Joe Calzaghe vs Roy Jones Jr - Results Thread

The fights a no brainer to me, Calzahge will clown Roy and stop him late due to Roy not being able to last the pace. Roy does not have the skill to hang at the top, he was never the most skillful boxer he relied on his athletic gifts. Roy doesn't have a jab either and tends to lead with a left hook. Roy will go the ropes a lot in this fight, he doesn't have the stamina. He couldn't live with the pressure Tarver put on him in the 3rd fight so how can he deal with Joe's?

Not out of the question mate. Jones chin is awful, and Joe's doesn't slap in every fight like people say. He knocked out Byron Mitchell in 2 rounds and Mitchell is a sparring partner for Pavlik. Not to mention Joe can wear down Jones like he did to Lacy and then drop him, possible knocking him out. I mean Joe's slaps are pretty effective because they wear people down and that's what they'll do Jones.
