Undefeated super lightweight contender, Mike Alvarado (22-0, 15 KOs) will be fighting the main event on a card to be co-promoted by Top Rank and Delgado Promotions on October 3rd at the National Western Stockshow Complex in Denver, Colorado. No word on the supporting bouts or Alvarado's opponent, although it is safe to say stablemate Ricky Lopez should see action on this card. Alvarado is coming off a fourth round destruction of the usually durable Cesar Bazan and is looking for a top ten type opponent to begin the move toward a world title shot. We will keep you updated as the card develops.
