Former UFC Middleweight champion Rich "Ace" Franklin will step back into the octagon returning to the LHW division. In front of him stands an All-American Wrestler in Matt "The Hammer" Hamill.

Also the former Pride MW and LHW champion Dan Henderson will look to bounce back from his two consecutive defeats and battle Brazilian Jiu Jitsu ace Rousimar Palhares.

And top WW contender Karo "The Heat" Parisyan will battle Japan's Judoka Yoshiyuki in a fight between two Judo Black Belts.
