Roy Nelson looks strong though he is a bit fat. He has his own tactics, I think.

It's a little bit embarrassing. But I think more than anything it just goes to show that skill > athleticism. There were pro American Football players on the show and Roy and his big ol' belly could have wooped them.

Also shows that conditioning does not always correlate to appearance. It looks like Roy was on a diet of Burger King and McDonalds, but all these guys with six packs are gassing and he's just fine.

Embarrassing season over all though. You can't tell me that they couldn't find more talented athletes. They just went with who they thought would make the most interesting reality show (consequently it was boring). I think they should just stay away from heavyweight TUF seasons period. Focus on the lighter weight classes and they should find much more talented mixed martial artists.
