Default Rate - UFC 87: Seek and Destroy

What did you give Saturday's UFC event? I thought the event was average. The Florian/Huerta fight was a little bit of a disappointment.

So what would you rate UFC 87?

It was a'ight. Like you said Florian-Huerta wasn't as exciting as it was hyped. However, we did see the resurrection of Brock Lesnar's career, the continued dominance of George St-Pierre over the WW division, and the possibility of a Penn-GSP matchup in the near-future.

That is all but guaranteed at this point. Most likely it will happen in December at the NYE show. Can't wait for that. These are two of my top 5 favorite fighters .

Nice. Can't wait for this fight! Both guys are tremendous athletes. Georges wants to prove that he is the best fighter in the world and Penn wants to avenge his loss. All the ingredients for a brutal ballet, dog!

A lot of people feel Penn won the fight. But I strongly disagree. I've probably watched the fight 7-10 times. And every single time I watch it, I feel St-Pierre easily won.

I saw the fight back in March 2006 with my cousins but I don't specifically remember who I believe won the fight. I'll have to download it and watch it again to comment on it. But if you said GSP easily won, then I'll take your word for it.

Penn's my favorite fighter. But I call it like I see it .

Round 1 - BJ
Round 2 - Georges
Round 3 - Georges

Nice, unbiased judging. Who do you like in the rematch?

It depends if it's for the title. If it's a three rounder, I like BJ. But if it's a five round fight, I gotta go with St-Pierre.
