been using it and i am getting fitter but is it any good?

Yes they are good i have one in the gym i like it for combinations between body and head and its also good for accuracy

yeah mines at home. i filled it up with about 80 to 90 kg of wet sand doh! anyway it still moves about when i punch it because it is on tiles. i read that you need to be able to go around and punch a heavy bag but i can't do that with this since i need it on the wall so it doesnt slide too much.

got no space for a heavy bag :/

Mine is in the gym its on a rubeer matt you no the big gym mats and it is fine no sliding at all i have a heavybag at home i would die without my heavybag i love it i have a stand in the garden for it
