thats not a gif in my av my friend, its just a jpeg, ill try again and if i still get issues ill post a screenshot.

We had a php maximum file upload size of 2mb. I've increased this to 32mb. Try to upload your large avatar files now.

There seems to be a problem saving the changes now Scott, it wont let me do it.

You are trying to upload 4-5 MB gif files (the pics in your sig for example). That's huge and forum system can't automatically resize it. Please try to upload gif files smaller than 1 MB.

Click "Insert Signature Picture" after the upload of the the signature image.
