    Default FightGame Rankings Lists - January/February

    The thread for the overall rankings lists from members here at FightGame.

    Rules:
    Once a fighter is declared champion, he can only be stripped of his title if:
    - He loses in a fight at that weight class.
    - He goes up to another division.
    - He retires.
    - He is inactive for more than 18 months.

    If a member doesn't list their top 10 rankings for a division, and instead chooses to do something like a top 5, the scoring system for that member will be 5-4-3-2-1 rather than 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1. I feel that this weights the rankings well. Also for rankings to be counted for a division, I think you should put up the 5 top fighters at least.

    If a member lists a fighter who is no longer considered to be at that weight ie. if someone listed Paul Williams at 2 at Welterweight when he is no longer considered a Welterweight. Then there will simply be a gap on that members rankings. So the scoring system will be 10-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1, with no one getting 9 points because the fighter ie. Williams has been inactive. This is to ensure that we don't get fighters appearing in multiple divisions and in incorrect places because some have ranked a fighter at a certain weight and others haven't.
