![]() | Earnie Shavers. Could hit so hard, but poor stamina. I'll never forget that right hand he hit Holmes with in their first fight. Sam Langford. He would have been heavyweight champion had the white man allowed it. |

![]() | I WIN this EASILY depending on what version of boxing history you read. Ken Norton!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He was handed the world title and never fought for it and lost in his first defence so he is often omitted from the list of heavyweight champions because he never won a single world title fight. If people claim Norton was a world heavyweight champion which I disagree with I would then pick; Henry Cooper. The only thing that prevented Cooper becoming world heavyweight champion was a prime Muhamed Ali and terrible problems with cuts. Cooper was so skilled that if he never cut up so bad he might even have beat the prime Ali and he certainly would have beat lots of other heavyweight champions if they had faced him instead of Ali. |
