A-Force on Arthur undercard The 2000 Olympic super-heavyweight champion takes on Martin Rogan in a 10-rounder that has been rearranged from its original date earlier in July at the Aston Villa Leisure Centre.
"I'm delighted that the Rogan fight has been rearranged so quickly," said Harrison.
"I'm looking forward to getting my career back on track and defeating Rogan will be the perfect way of signalling my intentions."
Arthur will top the bill with a WBO super-featherweight title defence against Nicky Cook, while Amir Khan will also appear at lightweight against an unnamed opponent.
